Bread was properly crusty and made a bigger mess than a granola bar, so no complaints on that front. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment otherwise. The sandwiches were quite small/underfilled, and took way too long. With the plethora of Vietnamese places on South Federal and Alameda, I'll go to a different bakery next time. At $8 per sandwich, there are faster/better/cheaper options.

Excellent food! Bread is perfectly soft and crispy and the tofu was extremely flavorful. Also had the salted Vietnamese coffee after a nice conversation with an employee and I’m glad I took his suggestion! It was awesome.

As soon as you set a foot in the restaurant you are welcomed with a warm and cozy atmosphere, the staff here are very respectful and friendly. The service is euphoric in a manner. The jubilant beings who attend to the Michelin quality delicacies will surely, if not definitely, make you yearn for more. This locale is extravagant.
